FloState Wellness was founded by Erica Santana, an ER nurse with over a decade of experience in high-acuity patient care. With a background in trauma, critical thinking, and patient advocacy, she brings a safety-first, results-driven approach to wellness and aesthetics.

Erica is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and multiple-time champion who understands the discipline and consistency required to perform at a high level. As a Family Nurse Practitioner student, she continues to expand her clinical knowledge to better serve her clients.

She is also a dedicated wife to an amazing husband and a very proud mom of two. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, being in nature, and attending church. Her passion is helping others feel confident, energized, and at their best—both inside and out.
